I think it has to do with accumulated stress, so I need to do some activities to release my stress and free my mind. That's why you saw me go karting and do some painting, and I'll be finding more activities to do to feel more relaxed. The doctor also wants me to do some exercise or engage in activities that keep me focused as recently my attention span is quite short. #EngfaWaraha #อิงฟ้ามหาชน
