IMO, you would justified in knocking the person off the bike, or pushing the bike over. They are endangering the staff and the customers in the store. If I was the judge at the rider's trial, I would hand down the maximum sentence. This has be stopped before it grows, and someone is killed. Old people are scared enough about going to the shops, never mind having to be worried now about being run over by a thug on a bike in the supermarket.
