@PaulaRed62 The people probably are remodeling or didn't pay him for installation of the glass.

@PaulaRed62 Seriously.

For my english amigos. Translation "Why are you doing this?" "This is when the client doesn't want to pay up."

This window gives you privacy by using falling sand for blinds

Yep.

Is it for privacy?

👀

The off camera guy is saying, "when the client doesn't pay up, it's necessary to come back and get rid of the work." Loose translation.

Seriously.

@Texas4Trump_24 Interesting way to increase privacy!

@Texas4Trump_24 👍

Esthetics. The laminated safety glass shown is constructed with two lites (pieces) of tempered safety glass with a clear layer of polyvinyl butyral between the lites. Breaking the glass obscures the view through the glass while its structural integrity remains almost entirely unchanged by the fact the glass is broken.

Wow.

For looks?

Seriously.

> refuse to pay > contractor upgrades installation to trendy privacy patio

Is that it.

For views...

🙌

They say in the video: this is what you do if the client doesn't want to pay.

They're saying in spanish that the customer did not want to pay.

Grok ...

This is what contractors do when they are not paid for their work.

Yep.

It’s a design 🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪

He is literally saying in the video why he’s doing it. Ah ok. I see. You’re American and speaks no other language than English.

Good way to get arrested. Even if you’re not paid, once installed on a building it becomes part of the building, and non payment becomes a civil issue and this becomes criminal damage. Dont shoot the messenger.

Comments dumb AF. The guy is clearly saying in the video that they're doing this because the client didn't want to pay

Not paying laborers is immoral.

This one is easy. He's not a licensed contractor. He did the install out of pocket, the clients then either offered him pennies on the dollar, or told him to piss off. He can't put a mechanics lean on them, and is out the materials so - leave them with nothing.

The client didn't pay and they took action. If it was for privacy, they'd have done so using a sharp nail and only on the center layer of a 3 layer glass, I've seen that process before

"Cuando el cliente no quiere pagar, hay que venir a recordárselo" - When the client doesn´t want to pay, you have to remember it.

Privacy glass?

Seriously.

Its layered glass and he's only breaking the middle layer. The outside layers remain intact or they are plastic, either way it still functions and isn't weaker.

Juan was picking strawberries before he invaded this country. These are the people working on your homes, there is a correct way to remove this glass barrier and this isn't it. Always screen any contractor doing work on your property.

This is NOT about increasing privacy. First, there's not enough layers for a crackle effect while maintaining safety. Second, glass is flying in all directions. They're either incompetent or they're pissed.

BECAUSE!!: Breaking shit is FUN!! When I was in middle school I broke so much shit: TV remote, actual TV, Nintendo 64 controller, the Sheetrock walls in various places, Bedroom window, etc… the usual. And TRUST me, breaking IMPORTANT shit is the only way to properly break shit.

That is an actual technique in frosting glass!😎

@RaffiKalem54397 Interesting.

He's actually doing it completely wrong. Done correctly there is a piece of glass sandwiched between two other pieces and you only crack the interior piece not all of them.

Cuz they're removing them anyway and breaking stuff is fun?

Seriously.

This muppet has made a spectacle of himself! The once-proud integrity of its toughness has been compromised.

Yep.

They didn’t pay the workers so they broke it is not for looks or privacy they didn’t pay

Is that it.

Yeah thats what they are saying she didn’t pay thats what she gets

Pieces of glass are flying all over the place so wouldn't be for looks. It's destroyed, unpaid contractor? I see the carboard on the ground from the fresh install

Ok.

To cheap to fix the fvck up and go with opaque design 🤷🏽♂️ But the tempered glass will crumble with a good wind then law suit when it lands on the mother-in-law 😳

Yes absolutely.
