Why do we still not know who the helicopter pilot was?

The question we need to be asking is who was recording from this obscure dock at DCA that is completely restricted, at the very time this accident occurred. We need to find out who CNN got that footage from. That is a key part to this story. There is a zero percent chance that someone was at this random dock off a runway recording on a cell phone randomly and caught this. They knew it was happening.

The helicopter pilot's name was released but, it does not matter who the pilots were as this is clearly a control tower failure. As the president said, it was DEI policy that keep qualified applicants out or the system because they were white and resulted in staffing shortages.

It's got to be bad for the DOD or CIA or it would be already released. Just thinking.
