Why Dobermans Have Cropped Ears 😞

I find this a cruelty to animals, they do the same for Pitbulls

People recognize the cruelty in this but not billions of animals getting killed every year to get into their plate. Almost like animal cruelty is only cruel if it doesn’t benefit them

Hi, so that tail breaking thing is real and it’s called “Happy Tail Syndrome”. It’s extremely common in breeds like Dobermans, Pitbulls, Boxers, and other large breeds with whip-like tails, it’s also far more painful than tail docking, which prevents it.

Fuck whoever does this to dogs.

Cane Corsos are the same. Mine is now almost 4 years old. Still got his big tail and floppy ears

Most German working dog tails were docked because the shorter the tail, the less tax that needed to get paid. Cropped ears elongated the neck to make the dog look larger
