Yeah but a lot of guys don’t do that stuff anymore and they still getting the dollar! I asked a guy, the owner, why the women made less than the men when I did payroll as a job during college. He told me because they have wives they have to give their money to. That was in the late 90s, early 00s

Ignoring the fact that this isn't actually true, a good enough reason should be that females take more time away from work than men.

Totally wrong. Women do not get paid less for doing the same job as a man. Federal law since 1963 requires them to be paid the same.
