Maricopa County mail-in ballot envelopes have a clear windows in the envelopes so you can clearly see if the voter is a Republican or Democrat so compromised election workers or mail carriers can "accidentally" lose your ballot. This is just another form of election fraud that you would never think is effective but actually is. Every vote counts, and this is just another way to get rid of a lot of them.

During the 2020 election, Pennsylvania sent out 1,823,148 mail-in ballots but received back around 2.5 MILLION mail-in ballots. The man turned out to be a convicted felon. Was this one of Newsom's CA ballot mules who was caught? Newsom Recall Election ballots were also sent out with more "holes" in the ballot envelopes, which allowed ANYONE to see your vote from outside the ballot envelope.
