Golden Ratio and proportions are measurable for generic renderings, but most faces and characters seldom adhere to it. Ears too high, low brows, nose crooked, or small / large chin etc.

the nose is the easy part honestly its the profile proportions that make or break a face like that

I struggle with every aspect of drawing. I think I’ve reached the level of a 5-year-old drawing a car. Well, at least I lived to see AI do my drawings.
