I’ve probably received around 50 emails about the same issue. Every reply says “high-priority escalation”, “engineering team”, “we understand your frustration”, and “we haven’t forgotten your case”. At this point, it honestly feels like I’m talking to an AI that keeps generating polite responses instead of a support team actually fixing the problem. I don’t need another escalation. I don’t need another apology. I just want to know whether anyone has actually done the manual fix they keep referring to. Has anyone else experienced something similar with Suno support?
