A person is providing entry to the devotees inside the barricaded area after charging a sum of ₹400 per person. It is impossible to build wide roads in the narrow lanes and heavy traffic of Varanasi, which is why a ropeway is the most practical solution. It is incorrect to compare it with a bullet train because bullet trains are for long distances, whereas a ropeway is for 'last-mile connectivity' within the city. It is a smart way to eliminate congestion with less space and at a lower cost.
