i know that when i worked with lipid solutions like lecithin or other phospholipids, the solution would be milky, possibility that what you are seeing is from the LNPs in the solution

So a scintillation counter should be able to detect if a person has received the C19 "vaccination". There are quite a few for sale on Ebay.
