This isn't for average people. I've checked the prices on the houses and their locations and this is still for the ultra rich—at least by naija standard. It's not even for the non existent middle class sef. Their audience is extremely narrow and classy.

Hi, Spleet. Nice idea. However, some of your prices are wrong. For example, how can 1 bed, 1 bath room be quoted at N1.2m monthly. That cannot be correct now......

You guys have good plans but your rents are ridiculously high. Like why would I pay up to 300k monthly for a rent? How much would I now pay yearly?
