Why does the US violently overthrow socialist governments?

Bernie has been in this fight his whole fucking life and we still elected Trump.. Twice. Rotten ass system

What happened to Allende of Chile sounds the same as what happened to Mohammad Mosaddegh of Iran who wanted to nationalise Iranian oil, won a democratic election and was overthrown by the West. They bring in a dictator in the form of the Shah and US interests continue for several years until the Islamic revolution. Same m.o. all the time

This is common knowledge except to United States citizens. It's only recently they seem to have become aware of this. This playbook is still in use though, but knowing what it is and being able to do something about it are two different animals.

The US violently overthrows socialist governments because socialism threatens the global dominance of neoliberal capitalism, which prioritizes corporate profits and imperial control. Socialism redistributes wealth, nationalizes industries, and challenges US hegemony—directly opposing the interests of Wall Street, the Pentagon, and transnational corporations. The CIA's "regime change" operations in Iran (1953), Guatemala (1954), Indonesia (1965), Chile (1973), Nicaragua (1980s), Venezuela (2002), and Bolivia (2019) demonstrate this pattern. The US uses coups, assassinations, economic sabotage, and proxy wars to install puppet regimes that serve US interests. This is rooted in the Truman Doctrine's "containment" policy and the Dulles Brothers' Cold War strategy to crush any alternative to capitalist imperialism.

Socialism takes federal wealth and helps the people. Colonial parasites don't like it because they can't steal from them.

Simple because they are terrorist

Socialism is the antithesis of capitalism Capitalism doesn't support egalitarianism & it's pretty ironic that the US always uses democracy as a pretext to impose autocracy that sustains capitalism Socialism is a perceived threat to the tenets of conservative capitalism

It has always been the resources, and they work with proxies for plausible deniability. This is the exact reason why whenever black African nations elect good leaders who put their countries on the right trajectory they're either assassinated or overthrown by the West

I grew up under socialism in the 70’s and 80’s. Shit don’t fkn work and Bernard is a cretin

Dang so this is why they had to make sure they cook Bernie

@grok fact check this information on Allende and why they were overthrown

Because it's a threat to capitalism and corporate profits.

They have to mention what happened after the Korean war - That americans turned against the u.s government and capitalism. This of course scared the oligarchy americans and their capitalism system that they invented... MK ULTRA!! So insecure they had to brain wash capitalism

It's because they run the world and they need your resources. This is why dictators get overthrown and seen as evil and this is also why dictators that favour the imperialism live on and stay unharmed. Money

Zuma was also removed for same reason. He alienated the west by entrenching south Africa in BRICS, Russian nuclear, his alignment with the guptas threatening the white oligarchs like Ruppert and Oppenheimer. The west feared our resources would be taken by China and Russia

Mfs don't understand how power works. Either we smoke commies or we all become communist countries and then we're all fucked..

Too bad Bernie's anti-imperialism ends with his support for Israel.

Once and independent. The independent party should be so much bigger! We need another voice outside of the 2 that’s are riddled with corruption.

“Free market”

🫵😈

The fact in Us while being us citizen you can have these conversations and still be safe and sound Tells you why USA is number 1 Lot of so called democracies,you will get beaten up,threats to your family etc

@grok who is the student asking the question and where is he now?

"It was a very unfortunate day in American history". Sure Bernie, sure.

If you do not include the role of the ✡️ You a noob

@Escablo

Fuck this commie

That isn't what happened in Chile lmao, we helped fund the people who wanted to over throw Allende. Allende was causing economic collapse, hyper inflation, fucked up supply and demand (shelves ended up empty ofc). He only got 36% of the votes and his people hated him by 1973.

I only just recently learned how superpowers all play this game of controlling other countries. Chile wasn't the first time or the last.

Because Americans believes the socialism isn’t a political view but a way of life and a means to separate citizens by class.

@BernieSanders @DemSocialists
