The West doesn’t need to “dehumanize” Russia. A vile, brutal state that shows not the slightest shred of humanity towards its victims destroys its own moral standing. And you sound exactly like its paid political officer: whitewashing its cruelty, manufacturing a sense of persecution, and demanding sympathy for the perpetrator. The shamelessness of presenting that state as the victim is staggering. If you’re so concerned about Russia’s reputation, direct your outrage at the conduct that earned it. Spare us the wounded innocence while you defend a regime that treats human lives as disposable.
