You won’t see him scoring too many goals. But he is too good with his link up play

His final decision making is atrocious. It’s like he has brain freeze when he reaches a key moment. Like yesterday, he cut his defenders to reach a promising position only to cut outside rather than inside. Another one was a weak Long shot that he took from outside. No power on the ball, even a kid could have saved it.

He’s the only one who has never had a run of games up front never started 3 in a row

Please stop playing this guy as a striker 🙏🏻 He’s better off as a supporting striker or a 10 He’s not a false 9 or a 9 He is an attacking midfielder It’s glaring and obvious.. Play him as 10 very often and he will find his rhythm

The problem with Zirkzee is that he hasn’t figured out if he is a striker or a midfielder.

Actually his touches and passes are world class. His only problem is scoring goals and he’s a Top 9.. so no one is taking a top 9 serious when he’s not scoring goals.

This has been my thought for a long time.. He is an amazing player.. But he has never been trusted.. Just give him 10 starts and then see what he does... He has never been given that chance at United... I would be sad to see him leave... United will miss out on a gem

Most technically gifted player who made a worst choice of offering himself as a striker . He would be the best attacking midfielder if he stuck to that role . I love him regardless but I really hope if mount flops , zirkzee plays CAM and we get another striker

Crazy thing is we haven’t once given him 3 games starts in a row. Most of these are from cameos off the bench +- 20 minutes. And when we do start him, we tend to write him off after the first start

He needs individual training and more game time to improve his end game but there is a baller in there no doubt

His finishing and shooting is not world class. For a striker he needs to master that.

Zirkzee is not a striker, more of a Support striker or attacking midfielder.

At this point, I think he can be converted to a holding midfielder

Why hasn't Carrick or any other coach tried #Zirkzee in the midfiled?? he is slow for a Num 9..but on the ball he is closer to #Zidane. He can control the tempo so well in the Mid and bring the team out of difficult situations through his skills....

He can have the same impact Bobby Firmino had for Liverpool if he gets a fair amount of games

Inconsistency is his middle name... He's also lazy in most games, doesn't run enough. I agree with most people, he's a 10 not a CF. I hope Carrick sees it fast, it could save his career in United

This is why I love zirkzee. He's amazing, technical, strong on the ball, clean movement, recovers quickly. He's at the wrong position in my opinion. Should be an 8 rather than a 9.

Just needs a coach to push his intinct, he has the ability just that striker’s instinct he needs and its a fucking crisis for opponenets. Also believe his ball striking, technique hitting the ball can improve too
