Why doesn't America handle protestors who block streets this way?

Because in America we allow the criminals to sue for everything. Any minor discomfort & they get thousands of dollars. The honest people are the only ones with no rights.

Because this happens in a communist country.

I liked the idea of using colored water to later identify suspects in the case of riots.

Do we really want to hold China up as an example?

Is it just water? I mean on a hot day that would be a water park.. how does this stop their protests?

We need a huge fleet of them and ship them to every blue city in the nation!
