It just depends on how broadly one defines a "miracle." The fact that I am typing away on a keyboard in my office right now, and can post my thoughts and words all over the world, is kind of a miracle. So there are all kinds of miracles, some are just more obvious than others. But even the most mundane of miracles are still miracles nonetheless. The problem is with how we choose to define, and therefore see miracles (or not). But I've heard even the most staunch atheists admit that there are "miracles" in life. They just don't believe that these are God-ordained miracles. They just usually chalk these up to crazy random anomalies in the universe, or to blind luck, etc. But even most atheists admit at some point in their lives that very strange and crazy phenomena do occur, and that these are not scientifically explainable, at least not for time-being. And even if these atheists don't explicitly refer to these strange events as "miracles," everyone else knows that this is what they are saying without actually using the term. They just try to use more "scientifically accurate terms" to try and describe these strange occurrences.

Miracles were not done to 'prove' anything. They were done to bless the lives of individual people who had faith and to serve the purposes of God. Parting the Red Sea was a necessity, not a flex. And miracles do happen to this day. Just because there isn't a video of a miracle on social media doesn't mean they don't happen. And if there was such a video people would call it fake, staged, AI, etc.
