Why doesnt he just show us the evidence?

Surely, as a former lawyer, the First Minister should know that the onus is on the accusor to prove guilt and not the accused to prove innocence?

Because there IS no evidence. And the way he talks down to people here is disgraceful. Nobody voted for him Nobody wants him And he lost a vote of no confidence then cried about it. He’s a spoiled brat.

Why didn't he disclose the "evidence" to the @covidinquiryuk in the first place? Why did he say he didn't have the "time or inclination" to delete messages when he clearly did? Why didn't any of the other chat recipients disclose the messages? For a man who lied to the @covidinquiryuk, deleted FOI data, he's very angry....

Even if he has the evidence and is shows it’s from Hannah’s phone, it still doesn’t prove that she leaked it. surely if the group was deleted to avoid an FOI the other group members have questions to answer.
