They are helping and have been very active without making a show of it. Gov. Cooper has thank the administration for the quick and speedy help they have provided and continue to provide.

@MariceYoung1 It's literally been two days. People are still being rescued in the areas Hurricane Helene hit. Fema is there and they have to assess the damage to see how much help is needed so funds can be sent.
