As an upstream country, if you want to build a Dam that will directly impact the downstream countries, you need to have agreements and proper framework to manage the impact. Egypt didnโt oppose building the dam, it opposed building it without having an agreement and framework!! Thatโs just how the world works. But you still think you live in a jungle where no rules apply!
