President Donald J. Trump set a 2030 deadline for high-value federal systems to move to post-quantum security, which is both absolutely necessary and deeply terrifying when you remember we are asking the same bureaucracy that treats updating a PDF like the moon landing to rewrite the encryption backbone of the federal government. This is the new arms race, and whoever gets there first does not just win a technology race. They gain the ability to dominate the digital world. Watch the interview.
