A quick merger would be catastrophic to $TSLA returns. Influencers who don’t call this out are showing their true colors. Did people forget about Robotaxi?

A merger with SpaceX at the current valuation and 5% of the share float would mean that Tesla is overpaying. Tesla shareholders will end up providing liquidity to SpaceX investors.

Zero reason for Tesla to merge until they 5X. Any argument otherwise is pure Elon pumping.

With all due respect, Herbert, you're the one fomenting merger speculation, with episodes as of late talking about almost nothing else. A merger is bad for Tesla at these valuations, no matter how your or your guests care to spin it.

Officially Elon has never said he’s merging both companies. So far all you guys are speculating. Second, why would I want to merge when I can buy space x separately and derisk

Good luck convincing Tesla investors to vote to catch a falling knife... Tutes are selling the pump, lockouts haven't even started to sell. When they do and there's no business reason for the stock to stay up, it's hard to see how there's not a lot of downward momentum.

I would vote no for the merge till all insiders can sell $SPCX . So realistically it should happen next year

These so called tsla influencers will cost tsla investors dearly, it’s time we stop listening to these people. Almost can sense, they have a different motive here that is not aligned with tsla investors. Their taking points makes no sense.

Are you kidding me? We are in tsla stock not to collect some stupid premium, we are here to multiply. I feel lots of tsla shareholders don’t know the value of what they own. No merger for atleast 3 years, after that we decide. Merger is not compulsory thing that is written in constitution, wasn’t compulsory atleast about a month ago.

@TeslaBoomerMama We absolutely need a merge.

Combining compute, aerospace and EV assets cuts overall operating costs, price swings from rumors are just short term noise until official terms drop.

@TeslaBoomerMama They won’t merge unless the he lockups get TSLA for pennies on the dollar.

In a normal arms length merger, the exchange ratio would be done at a price that would reflect the market cap of each company, otherwise the party getting fucked wouldn‘t approve the merger. With Musk controlling both sides of the deal, all bets are off.

No merger. Buy the rumor, sell the news.

Will this create some others issue such as SpaceX not allow to hire non US for critical roles, security reason causing Tesla car got ban from selling in China (after merger consider one company)?

Not happening...it would destroy Tesla value. All these SPCX shareholders getting crushed right now and it will get worse for SPCX when lock up is done.

Well at least when it collapses it will be everything at once.

This question is usually more documented Right now….

@TeslaBoomerMama Really great video. Thorough, well balanced, and logical.

The merger is a natural evolution more than both companies operating as individuals.

Really?
