The altcoin season will be ETH/BTC going from 0.016 all the way up to 0.03, at which point ETH will go back home down to <0.016

What If qt ends and alt/btc doesn't go to .25 and starts going up? Can it break out of the broadening wedge following to go up to parity with btc
