@USCIS @RepDeborahRoss @SecMayorkas We need to take different path if Congress doesn’t act. Force the people to return from the airport back to their home countries who are coming on H1b. Let the companies deal with the Congress.

@USCIS @RepDeborahRoss @SecMayorkas Thank you congresswoman. This is a very serious issue that needs a permanent fix. Moving the filing dates to current will be a temporary fix. Removing the country cap should be the permanent fix. The US is losing the skilled immigrants to countries like Canada and the UK.

That’s not accountability, and that’s simply too much power for too long. That’s why I’m cosponsoring legislation to establish 18-year term limits for Supreme Court justices, with regular appointments every two years. We need to put an end to strategic retirements, court-packing games, and a system that changes the direction of the country on a single vacancy or lifetime appointment. Term limits don’t weaken the Court. They modernize it by restoring balance, strengthening accountability, and rebuilding public trust. This is how we restore confidence in the Court and strengthen our democracy for the long term.

The Supreme Court of Canada today has decided to ALLOW CFIA to kill hundreds of healthy ostriches that do not have "bird flu." The Supreme Court of Canada has allowed CFIA to NOT even have to TEST the HEALTHY animals for bird flu...even though that's why CFIA says they are killing them. Canada has become a disgrace.

I spoke to Elex Michaelson about the need to reform the Supreme Court, including a term limit for justices. This would be constitutional, as long as justices are permitted to rotate onto an appeals or district court.
