Trump wanted to scrap the Constitution to snatch a lost election. You know what you did, Babin, Biggs, Gaetz and the rest? Met at the White House on Dec 21, 2020, plotting the Jan 6 chaos. Some even sought pardons, admitting to breaking federal laws. Here's hoping Jack Smith holds you all legally accountable.

Why hasn't congress been square with us (The American People)?

Because they know nothing will happen to them. They do not fear any consequences.

States should be able to charge all that interfered with elections or interfered with freedom of speech, just like I should be able to bring charges against any and all Govt. employees that assisted in this and sue them personally.

Impeach Garland. Impeach Wray. Impeach Mayorkas.

Sounds like a two tier “justice” system to me.
