Because 6,000 Years isn't enough time for Stellar Drift, to significantly change their alignment, as viewed from Earth, IF in fact they really are Gajillions of Popsicle Sticks away 😄 More likely because the Universe is Geocentric and the stars' orbits are fixed around our Beautiful Earth; the Birthplace of all Creation.
