Something about this video is bugging me

Because the more you cut onions and slice it to them, the more they release the chemicals that make you get all stuffy and tear up. So doing this like this is a kind of self torture.

I have this thing called…a really sharp knife. It works so well.

Well, there are a lot of slicers (mandoline) out there that allow the onion or any vegetable to fall into a container. They are cheap and the cleanup is less. Less eye tearing. 😁👍
