For a long time I hadn’t installed any WiFi but unfortunately I live in a building and every neighbor has it. So ultimately there’s no choice unless you move to a more isolated house

Too bad all of your neighbors next door are sending 2.4 Ghz and 5 Ghz through your windows, walls, and doors. The 10’s of thousands of satellites finish the job when you go outside, in addition to the cellsites, police, fire, utility radios, television uplinks, weather radar (doppler) military radar, 60 hz frequency from the electrical wires, and satellite dishes to name a few things that may mess up voltage gated calcium channels in your cells and other fun mishaps with our bodies - anti oxidant it up the best you can!

Good on you. Several years back I became extremely sick from EMFs, most notably WiFi. I'd received a new modem/router after upgrading to broadband and although I did not use WiFi it was still pumping it out 24/7 and turned on and I had no idea. It was an overall illness caused by EMF exposure including Wifi and resulted in some very strange symptoms. I was happy as if I was on antidepressants (I wasn't) but also acting like I was depressed, not washing for weeks or being motivated or looking after myself, my short term memory disappeared totally, my personality changed and I existed in a zombie-like state all the time completely cut off from reality. This lasted a couple of years. I could not remember what I did the day before, the week before, or the month before. I existed in this foggy isolated mental island. My entire short-to-medium term memory was non-functioning. I could only remember years back but not what I did yesterday or the week before. It was all a blank to me. So basically I would get up and get on the computer, do things like gaming and social activities all day, do urgent things like feed the cats and myself and occasionally go to the supermarket, then go to bed and sleep again. The next day I would not remember the previous day and would do it all over again. Every once in a while out of nowhere I would have a lucid moment and realize that I was not myself, but I was also very aware I did not know what 'myself' really was or entailed, just that something was not right and I wasn't myself, then I would slip back into this fog again and forget all about the problem for a few more months. One day I had a long enough lucid span of time to really think about it and thought back to when I did remember being OK and what happened between then and now. This began a process of me trying to work out what was wrong and part of that process became me learning about EMFs. I started removing all things wireless. I discovered my modem, which sat a few feet from me at all times and was at head height and was pumping out Wifi continuously through my brain and body, you see I was online for sometimes 20 hours at a time and the only thing I really did was sit online, I basically lived at the computer so I was totally saturated with it. I learned how to turn it off and disable it, I got a custom guard for my smart meter after purchasing an EMF meter and seeing how high the spikes were emitting from it, I replaced my wireless mouse with a wired one, turned my mobile phone to airplane mode or off when I wasn't using it and basically did a clean-out of all wireless frequencies (as much as I could anyway) from my life. In a relatively short space of time my personality returned, my brain function returned, my short and medium term memory returned, I was myself again. Whatever had been done to me reversed itself. It's all about reducing things as much as you can, you can't get rid of it entirely, but you can minimize it to acceptable levels. Whenever someone online says that wireless is safe and the notion that they can be harmful is conspiracy nutjob theory, I know they are either misled or lying because I experienced it firsthand for several years and know exactly how damaging it can be. Don't ever let anyone try to gaslight you into thinking there is no biological effect on your from EMFs. There are. The trick is to try and live with them and minimize them as much as possible and the first step is to buy a good EMF meter and see for yourself what sort of emissions you are dealing with. After that, go wired as much as possible and if you can't bear to be without it, switch off your Wifi at least overnight when you are sleeping and not using it anyway. You'll get a far better deeper and more refreshing sleep. This site really helped me in the early stages...

So it’s better to have 5 mobile phones using cellular in the house than WiFi?

You can't just say there have been studies and leave it at that. Provide the links for people to research
