Matt. I saw you talking about this on YouTube once. I immediately switched my fine cotton sheets for linens. I miss the cotton. I’m astounded to report for me this absolutely helped with my arthritis. I’m about to be in linen from head to toe. Thanks for the knowledge!

Try finding clothes that aren’t polyester.. and then when you’re done failing at that try finding clothes made of linen or wool. I did find wool t-shirts at $40 A POP!!!!!!!

Hell yes, love this. I’m moving away from artificial fabrics as fast as I can. What about silk? That’s natural right? I’ve got a soak pillowcase that I absolutely love but I’m tempted to upgrade all my bedding to soap. Anybody got some opinions?
