ACL isn’t the issue imo, it’s mental not physical

Cos he’s playing on his own. He was so effective next to Hojbjerg, getting goals dictating the play. Now he’s a lone 6 with no support and he looks exposed as did Bissouma as did sarr and anyone else who’s played that role. No half decent team doesn’t have a 2 in the middle.

Same issues would show in a double pivot, albeit less so Still very upgradeable

I still support him as I think he’s still got a lot to offer. But he is been asked to do a lot (Bergvall too). Hope someone uses him better than the current manager

That actually makes a lot of sense

System that asks too much of him. Head injuries, ACL, lack of play-time consistency due to these factors. He's apparently still good for Uruguay, probably the reason we are giving him a contract and the reason Atletico like him.

Rodrigo is simply overrated people need to accept that
