This is terrific news for American students trying to get into American colleges . These institutions were created and funded by US taxpayers and the seats should go exclusively to the children of US citizens.

At the same time this decline frees up a percentage of seats for American students, and reduces competition for an ever decreasing number of jobs. America First!
