What's going on almost in every part of Nigeria is an organised crime. Until leaders with interest of the country above personal interest come on-board it will continue for generation to come

Hold on I don't understand something. So you mean that these set of people don't mind finishing an entire community just to mine the solid minerals they have? Like they have the authority already to mine those minerals, so why mining it in secret? It's not like there transparency in the oil sector. Nigerians only know what they are told, so why try to make this one a secret by trying to eliminate an entire community when they can still mine it without anyone disturbing or asking questions?

We’ve been discussing this for a long time, and even Okonjo-Iweala reiterated it last week: insecurity in Nigeria is politically driven, and those in power are unwilling to stop it because it’s a lucrative business. This video encapsulates this critical truth. I hope the North will step up and defend themselves, or else this situation will persist.
