If a Muslim man is distributing food and raising "Allahu Akbar" slogans while doing so, I would either join in by raising the slogan or simply walk away. I have no right to heckle him. The same standard applies to everyone, including Hindus. The fact that the woman was there with a camera suggests it was a pre-planned attempt to create drama. Her identity should be made public.
