What is the definition of development? Do freebies improve life of people? Have u added any kind of infrastructure which has made life of people better. Have u improved anything? Freebies is not development. It's only putting strain on the state budget. For sake of votes u have given freebies and increased taxes in other places. That is not development. Now u don't have money of improving and creating infrastructure coz of freebies. You want to take loans for improvement which could have been avoided if freebies were not given.
