Why is no one taking they seriously?

Not trans, not non-binary. What this person is: someone who suffers from social media induced borderline personality disorder with narcissistic features.

"Preferred pronouns" aren't about acceptence and understanding. It's about controlling others. "Non-binary identity" is their little power trip to demand your obedience.

@wickedelf9909 Don’t confuse tolerance with acceptance OR respect with consideration. We can all be considerate and tolerate one another. But you can’t expect acceptance and demand respect. You can live a life of fantasy without demanding everyone play along. Tantrums about it won’t help.

What if I identify as someone who can’t read pronoun name tags?

Pronouns used in conversations about you are when you are not involved in the conversation, so it's really none of your business how I refer to you.

Don’t hire these types of people. They’re addicted to the moral superiority of being a perpetual victim and they’ll always find something to complain about or someone to demonize. These people are drama factories.

I don’t understand this generation’s obsession with bringing their entire selves to work. Truly I don’t understand why it’s important. My goal when I work is to hear from my boss as little as possible, because that’s how I know I’m doing a good job. I don’t want to be “seen”

With all due respect requested...nobody cares.

I’m seriously wondering who hires these folks. They’ve got to know going into it, that this level of narcissism has a pretty high likelihood of being a problem. The extra drama has got to be exhausting.

"They" announce "they're" trans, but then says they're non-binary. So....transitioning from what to what? People at work would take "them" more seriously if "they" washed "their" face, took the dumbells out, and gave my little pony her wig back.

Sir, no one is taking anything you say seriously when you’re dressed like that 😬
