I think it’s because the Stellar foundation launched as a non-profit. & yes, while Stellar has smart contract capabilities, the XRPL can offer a different type of value to businesses. I honestly believe they will both do great, including XDC, which most are still sleeping on.

I believe #Stellar $XLM is bigger than people can imagine. And this is no shade to #Ripple, I believe there are a lot of winners especially if you’re positioned well. But if you’re just entering the crypto space I think your ROI is better in $XLM versus $XRP.
