Why is our history being hidden from us? Think about it. Every community in the world - the Jews, the Japanese, the Blacks - they all know their history of pain and struggle. They remember what was done to them. But look at us. We are the only community...

"If you look at what has happened in Eastern Congo, and everything we have gone through over the past four or five years, and you look at what we have left behind, there is evidence. There are facts that speak for themselves. In Eastern Congo, in Goma and elsewhere, the whole world came together against Rwanda. The whole world lined up against Rwanda: the FDLR and all the groups associated with it that have been mentioned, the Wazalendo, the Burundian forces, the FARDC, the South Africans, and many others. I would rather not spend time naming them all; there were so many. When you look at the scale of what they had assembled there and what they were up against, it is clear that what they were trying to do was wage war against Rwanda, destabilize our country, and reshape it the way they wanted. In fact, they said so themselves. Ordinarily, if someone were to say these things without evidence, you might think they were simply trying to frighten people, to intimidate them. To convince themselves that what they wanted was within reach and that they were going to achieve it, they even brought in mercenaries. You know that many of them passed through here. We gave free passage to our enemies, allowing them to leave a war they waged against us, a war that was never theirs to begin with. That alone tells you something. And it is also something for which our forces, together with others who stood with them, deserve recognition. As for Rwanda, we will always be in a struggle for our very existence. Regardless of those who wish us harm, surrounding us from many sides, one thing remains true: we should and will always be a step ahead of them. It is our right. It is our will. And our history has taught us that we have within ourselves the capacity to defend and protect ourselves whenever necessary. And that is exactly what we will continue to do." The antisemitism that was festering under the surface for decades, has exploded. And for those of us who stand against it, we are not the popular kids. The so called “cool kids” are wearing a keffiyeh, calling for an intifada and demanding a Palestine between the river and the sea even if they can’t tell you which river or which sea. Keffiyeh Karens. That’s the mainstream now. Standing up against jihadism is now the counter-culture. Standing up for western democratic values against terror and extremism: that is now the counter-culture. Using facts and reason and knowing history: that is now the counter-culture. People! WE are the counterculture. And we are doing it. The Jewish people have found our voice because standing up for what we believe in, even when it’s not popular, is part of who we are. Our tiny people haven’t survived for millennia and outlived every empire that tried to destroy us by always being the cool kids. In fact, we almost never are. We know when it’s time to swim against the tide because we know this playbook. We have been here before. And our message to the world is as follows: the hatred that targets is targeting you too. I have a question for you, keffiyeh Karen from campus: where would you prefer to be a woman? in Iran? In Afghanistan? or in Israel? We cannot take the freedoms that we enjoy here in the US in Israel and in the west for granted, and right now even saying just that is swimming against the tide – it is being the counterculture. This is not a war of Israel’s choosing but we cannot avoid it either. They might call us the chosen people: in fact we are the people with no choice. But the entire western world needs to wake up to the fact that it has no choice either: that what is at stake is the survival, not just of the Jewish people, but of Western civilization, democracy and freedom itself. And where we do have a choice is in how we do it: and we choose to speak the truth, even when the truth isn’t popular. To speak up, even when we are shouted down and to be proud even when they tell us we better hide. Thank you so much, am Israel chai

I didn’t think I’d have to say this, but here we are. I care that my Mayor is Black. We live in a time when our history is literally being erased from the books, yet some of us still act like race doesn’t matter. Let’s stop fooling ourselves. Is everybody racist? No. But those who aren’t prove it through their actions and their votes. They are attempting to understand where I’m coming from—they don’t know, but they’re willing to listen. Here’s what you need to know: Mayor Broome has given more contracts to Black businesses than any other mayor in the 200-year history of this city. And trust me, I’m not one for blind loyalty—I’ve challenged the mayor before. But in this race, nobody is offering a better vision or results for Baton Rouge than her. For me, it’s personal. My child deserves to grow up with the pride of seeing a mayor who looks like her. A mayor who comes from the same side of town she does. That kind of representation changes how our kids see themselves—it creates a future they can believe in. Let’s remember: Baton Rouge has had 64 mayors. Only 2 of them have been Black. Knowing our history gives us the perspective to understand why this moment matters so much. To young Black people in this city: this is our time. Our time to stand in our power and move this city’s leadership forward. I’m committed to holding Mayor Broome accountable, making sure she delivers for our community. But let me be clear: a man who skipped voting in 25 elections until his name was on the ballot will never get my vote. #KeepOurMayorBlack Because we deserve leadership that knows our history and fights for our future.

Brothers and sisters, the time has come. This is the battle foretold in the pages of history—the battle between good and evil, between freedom and tyranny. For too long, the forces of corruption have lurked in the shadows, bleeding this great nation dry. They poison our economy, our culture, our very way of life. They sow division among us, turning Americans against each other while they tighten their grip on power. But no more. It’s time to rise. It’s time to take back what is ours. We are not just fighting for ourselves—we are fighting for the soul of this nation, for our children, for the generations to come. The Deep State, BlackRock, and their globalist allies have spent decades manipulating our economy, buying our politicians, and enslaving us under mountains of debt. They want us weak. They want us divided. They want us to forget who we are. But they have underestimated the American spirit. We are the sons and daughters of revolutionaries, of pioneers, of warriors who bled for this land and the ideals it stands for. We are the heartbeat of a free people, a nation under God, and we will not go quietly into the night. This is our moment. It is time to break the chains. It is time to root out the corruption that has infested this sacred land. We will fight, not with violence, but with an unbreakable will, with unity, with faith. We will not stop until justice is served, until every enemy of the American people is held accountable, until America is once again the shining city on a hill. This is not just a call to action—this is a call to destiny. Stand up, Patriots. The time is now.

Whoopi Goldberg tells actress Keke Palmer that the Trump administration can't erase the history of minorities and feminists because all these cultures will keep passing down their stories orally: KEKE PALMER: It's difficult in these times because you feel like, "Man, ain't nobody going backwards." And then you see actual government-government things actually trying to put us backwards. WHOOPI GOLDBERG: Yes. But here's the fabulous thing about a storytelling people, of which we are and Native Americans are. The Irish are. They will tell a story, because we are an oral people. You can take down as many signs as you want to. That's not gonna stop us telling the stories. We know our history. The Irish know their history. The Japanese know their history. The Chinese know their history. Black folks know their history. Women know their history. You can't stop the oral part, 'cause that would mean you'd have to get into our brain and shut it down. PALMER: You can't do that. GOLDBER: You can't do that. So people need to remember why it's important to always talk about what you know, who you are, where you've been. Native Americans, they know. They know their history. They know how they saved us in World War II with the code talkers. Take it off any wall you want to, but that doesn't mean it didn't happen. And as long as we can talk, we will continue to tell those stories. And you can run and hide and pretend they're not there, but it doesn't mean they're not.
