Millennial here, 20 years ago I wasn’t even in high school yet. many of them only know buzz words like boomers and millennials. Let me ask Gen Z this, why does Gen alpha hates Gen z more than anyone else?

I was like “Kiddo, 20 years ago I was 18, 2 years out of high school, I graduated early, so I had a head start over my friends, family, and peers and shit was still fucked for me, on top of that I was still trying to figure out who I was as a person AND I was raising her, during a recession, AND a housing crisis and still made sure that she went to the best schools and educational programs for kids growing up. She can literally speak 3 different languages and I had it easy? FOH. How easy do you Gen Zers actually think millennials had it? Yeah, you guys gotta do your research, man. This is what happens when tablets, YouTube, and social media raised most of you instead of your parents. We don’t think you Gen Zers are lazy, just dumb. 🤷🏾‍♂️

Same opportunities? HO I graduated during the 2008 Great Recession. You don't want that. I personally don't think of any generation as lazy. If you're apart of the working class / blue collar you work hard, regardless of age, race or gender.

Im a genX/Xennial. 49, a system admin, 30 yrs IT exp. I hired a 25 year old Gen Z female IT support Tech with a BS. Im throwing ALL of my level work at her and doing my best to train her to be my backup, because Older GenX and Boomers never gave me that opportunity

my parents are millennials and they are definitely not what caused the issue lol they were affected by the boomer generation and i had to grow up watching them struggle working 2-3 jobs. not all of us gen z think like that girl.
