Case Dismissed 👊💥💥 This is Matt, and he is a member of The Jurist Society. He decided to intentionally get a speeding ticket just to test the knowledge he has learned in our group. He filed a motion to dismiss with an accompanying legal brief before the hearing. As soon as they called his case, they dismissed it saying the "officer did not show up". He was the only one whose officer "did not show up". Matt, knowing they had read the motion, decided to press the magistrate on it and expose the commercial equity nature of the court. She gets pissed and threatens to put his case back on the docket. Talk about extra credit. Well done, Matt!

Today begins the last week of Around the Horn and my last appearance. It’s really hard to explain how much this show means to me and many others. I wanted to share this video that I (and many) received from Tony Reali prior to my first appearance many years ago. Stephen A. alleged that I called his pastor, trying to get him to talk about Stephen A.’s personal life. That’s an outright lie. The publicist for Promise Keepers, the Christian men’s ministry, reached out to our producer trying to pitch an appearance from Stephen A.’s pastor on my show. I questioned why he would want to come on my show. They later backed away. I doubt the publicist realized what was going on.
