The author of the influential Rybar channel said Russian businesses should start protecting their own facilities if they don't want to be "walking through ashes." According to him, after proving the effectiveness of its long-range drones, Ukraine is likely to receive even more UAVs from the West, making strikes on the Moscow region and other parts of Russia increasingly frequent. Last night Moscow experienced being the target of Ukraine’s “special military operation payback zone”. At least one drone hit offices of Russian authorities. Official documents are scattered on the streets. In addition, more and more Moscovians are concluding to better leave. US Secretary of State Marco Rubio said that the invasion of Ukraine has been a strategic disaster for Russia. "They are not going to achieve the objectives they set out on day one for certain, and they may not even be able to militarily ever achieve the objectives they're demanding now in negotiations." Rubio added that Russia is losing 5,000 killed per month, noting it is one of the first conflicts in which the death rate is higher than the wounded rate on the Russian side.

Drone Forces Commander Robert Brovdi (“Madyar”) argues that Moscow remains trapped in a costly war of attrition. According to Robert Brovdi (“Madyar”), Commander of Ukraine’s Unmanned Systems Forces, the average daily number of Russian troops detected and eliminated by Ukrainian drones fell by 16.3% in August, dropping to 313 per day, compared with 374 per day in July.
