Why is the Man City case taking so long?

@GaryLineker @POF_POD His first sentence reveals this "expert" knows nothing about this case. It boils down to 4/5 infractions. Not 115 seperate issues. Also the Mancini comment; surely they gather evidence before charging and not the other way around? He's trying to blame city for holding things up.

@GaryLineker @POF_POD Just put ex players, fans and ex footballers on the panel to decide if city broke the rules of a competition called premier league who write the rules, city signed up to them and the premier league charged city for breaking them. Seems a pretty easy decision to make

@GaryLineker @POF_POD Interestingly a freedom of information request to the Government to supply details of conversations with Abu Dhabi. This was denied arguing that disclosure could damage the UK's bilateral relationship with the United Arab Emirates.
