Right-wing political commentator Candace Owens has brought up several conspiracy theories in Charlie Kirk assassination case. Candace has been consistently suggesting Israel lobby's role in Kirk's death. In a video shared on her YouTube channel, she alleged that the American conservative leader and Trump ally was bullied by Jewish donors two days before his death. And in a bid to prove herself, she shared screenshots showing messages written by Charlie Kirk in a private group chat. After Candace Owens revealed chilling text messages sent by Charlie Kirk just two days before he was assassinated in Utah at a college event, his organisation Turning Point USA has responded. Candace Owens in her latest show exposed the group chats in which Charlie Kirk said he lost a huge Jewish donor. "Just lost another huge Jewish donor. $2 million a year because we won't cancer Tucker," Charlie wrote in his message. "Jewish donors play into all the stereotypes. I cannot and will not be bullied like this. Leaving me no choice but to leave the pro-Israel cause," Kirk wrote. Turning Point USA spokesman Andrew Kolvet on Tuesday confirmed the authenticity of a screenshot of a group text message released by Owens, saying he was “glad the truth is out.” Speaking on the Charlie Kirk Show, Kolvet said the image circulating online was genuine and came from a message he had shared. “I want to go into it because I actually am really excited that the truth is out there,” he said. “That was a text grab, a screen grab, that I had shared with people, so it is authentic,” he said. Owens has maintained that Kirk faced pressure from the Israel lobby and that played a role in his death. Candace Owens alleged that his funding began to be cut off after he hosted guests critical of Israel at his events and shared messages that appeared to show he was preparing to leave the pro-Israel cause. The pressure by Israel lobby on Kirk shot up after American journalist Tucker Carlson, known for his open criticism of Israel’s policies, appeared on Kirk’s program. Carlson, on his self-titled program on September 17, said Kirk had often expressed negative views about Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. “He did not like Bibi Netanyahu and he said that to me many times and he said it to people around him many times. He felt that Bibi Netanyahu was a very destructive force,” Carlson said on his show. Carlson added that Kirk believed Netanyahu uses the United States to fight wars serving Israel’s interests and that he found this shameful and humiliating. He said “there was a small, very intense group who tormented Charlie Kirk until the day he died.” In a stunning twist, Turning Point spokesperson Andrew Kolvet reacted to the viral screenshot and confirmed that the chats indeed took place. He stated that he did not publish the messages because they were private chats, but he did inform government officials about them. He also argued that it is unfair for people, as Candace has suggested, to claim that Turning Point does not care about the circumstances surrounding Charlie Kirk’s death. It has also been confirmed that Kirk wrote a letter to Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, warning Israel was "losing the information war" and facing declining support, even among conservatives. His letter urged a communications intervention, proposing rapid response teams, an "Israel Truth Network," and strategic messaging using released hostages to counter anti-Israel sentiment.
