The people complaining are probably the ones who know they didn't earn the job they have based on merit. How does anyone feel good about themselves knowing they were hired because they checked the right boxes?

People who don't get hired will always claim it was because of something else like skin color or gender, but I worked HR for years and the truth is the hiring process sucks because it's not perfect but every boss just wants the best employee period.
