Why Is This One of the Most Banned Books

Nothing got a book into my hands faster as a teenager than an adult telling me not to read it.

Always tells you more about the people doing the banning than the book itself.

Banning books is terrible. I love books. Some books should not be read because they are not good quality. I disagree with censorship but understand the need for it sometimes.

Not every book fits every age. We wouldn't read War and Peace to a 3 year old, not because it's dangerous, and it is a great book. But banning just makes it more tempting and makes us look like a chapter out of 1984.
