Yeap, use to work for a Swiss company, and when I was in Zurich, as I was quite often, the normal bloat and indigestion from pasta or my favourite spaetzle, and I was perfectly fine. And it wasn’t like I was waking more or working out less, I get 6,000 steps in just walking my kids to school twice a day, over there it was just 2-3,000 as my hotel was right on the tram line to downtown. I’ve imported Italian flour to make home made pasta or pizza and I can eat that no problem as well. North American flour, nope.

Buy flour (or wheat berries and grind your own) directly from organic pesticide free flour mills, and make your own bread, pizza dough, etc. The difference is amazing.

Food in USA is also maxed up with sugar and grease and everything to make it more addictive, it makes it more delicious but it's kinda like a drug
