Why it’s time to end DEI.

DEI is a ridiculous & racist policy that discriminates against people because of who they are.. Bring back meritocracy!

Everything should be about SUITABILITY for a particular job & PERFORMANCE once a job has been awarded🏅 Age, sex, colour, sexual preference etc should be IMMATERIAL✅ It's not rocket science, is it?🚀

INTEGRATION should be about fitting people in to an EXISTING community🧑‍🤝‍🧑 It should NOT be about making that EXISTING community FIT the WORLD at large!🌍 This is BRITAIN, NOT the United Nations! ✅

How do you choose the best picture in less time?

It should be the best person for the job imo.

My children are unable to apply for multiple roles in government because they are white. What is so wrong with being white?

Both the US and Britain were built by their respective people. We don't want a measly 'meritocracy' that leaves us open to anyone 'qualified' rocking up, we want our own native people first and our country back, the one we built on the meritocracy of our own.
