I have been drinking apple cider vinegar every morning for about three months. It really does help with digestion. Helps with cravings. It helped me lose some weight too. I would totally recommend it.

I lived in Japan for 4 years (1996-2000), taught numerous Japanese people of various ages, took Japanese classes, and had plenty of Japanese friends. I never heard or saw any Japanese person talk about this or consume any such drink. Could this really be such a recent thing?

When you eat carbs, your blood sugar can spike, and over time, these spikes might lead to problems like diabetes, damage to your cells’ energy factories (mitochondria), inflammation in your brain, or even brain fog.

@reginalddhunter Sounds like apple cider vinegar. How it impacts you depends on underlying gut conditions. It doesn't work for everyone.

@reginalddhunter What's with the random white dude hovering in the corner like he's just witnessed a perfect uppercut in Mortal Kombat?
