Hi Gary, I like what you are trying to do and I like the way that you explain things. Some people will pick it up quickly, others a little longer, so repetition of your takeaway points is good. Some graphic might father enhance the offering, especially where processes are being explained. @Robertreich001, @Robertreic4278, former Department of labour secretary for Bill Clinton, is a good example.
