Why low-dose rapamycin in #longcovid?

he say low milligram dose rapamycin once a week really good at: • addressing T-cell exhaustion • improving interferon signaling • improving natural killer cell function • suppressing reactivated latent viruses

As a responder who (mostly) doses daily, I'd like to see research comparing daily vs weekly in our population.
