These are fine but only really useful if your furnace is undersized for your house and you need a little extra push for the rooms that are farthest from the unit. I have a couple of them and they work but it's not a drastic difference. And they only last a few years.

I have them in my home upstairs and they work but each one requires a nearby outlet.

Or just close the other vents a little bit? Are people this stupid?

Prob has unintended consequences on the distribution to other rooms. It's not like it makes it more powerful. On most boards (in the unit) there are settings you can set what fan speed you like. They are tiny little knobs, usually reserved for pros.

Does it cut off when a/c shuts off ? I don’t want to suck the air out of the bathroom after taco Tuesday 😂😂

Guarantee this fires next to nothing. 2 computer case fans don’t push much air. Do not buy!

I have two of these in my kitchen. That room is always hotter or colder than the rest of the house because it’s the main way people enter and leave my home. These will help maintain the temperature, but they won’t raise or lower the room by 10 degrees.

How do you hide the ugly cord?

How does installing them in one room affect all the other rooms Im the house? Installing a fan in one vent seems like it would pull all the airflow away from the other registers.

You’re purposely not showing the cord that’s an eyesore on the bottom right

If you have a 2-story home they are a game changer. In most cases 73 degree thermostat gets a 73 degree reading in an upstairs bedroom. Without the air booster you are looking at 76+ degrees in that same bedroom. Big diff
